- Age Criteria: Upper Age Limit is 40 to 45 Years for Assistant Company Secretary and 32 Years for Assistant Accounts Officer. Maximum age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC candidates against reserved posts.

Educational Qualifications:
Assistant Company Secretary: Candidates should have passed the Final Examinations of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and acquired Associate Membership of the Institute.
Assistant Accounts Officer: CA/ CMA (Intermediate) pass and Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University/Institute approved by UGC with a minimum of 60% marks.
Working Experience:
Assistant Company Secretary: 8 / 12 years of post-qualification work-experience in relevant field as per job responsibilities. Preference shall be given to candidates having experience in Government Companies and / or Public Limited Companies.
Assistant Accounts Officer: 3 years post qualification (Experience will be considered from the date of passing CA/CMA (Intermediate) exam).
Salary:
Assistant Company Secretary: Rs.80,000/- to Rs.2,20,000/- per Month OR Rs.70,000/- to Rs.2,00,000/- per Month
Assistant Accounts Officer: Rs.40,000/- to Rs.1,40,000/- per Month

- Selection Procedure: The candidates will be selected on merit basis and as per recommendation of the Interview Board.
