(1) Scientist B (Non Medical)

Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- Scientist B (Non Medical) Posts: Candidate should have completed 1 class master degree in Life science/Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ or related discipline from a recognized university with 2 years’ experience in a related field. OR 2nd class master degree with Ph.D. in relevant subject from a recognized University.
Desirable: Capacity to develop android based mobile application/ web page designing will be considered additional qualification. Knowledge in computer application and field works are desirable.
- Project Assistant Posts:
- Candidate should have competed Graduate in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/ Life Science/Microbiology/ or related discipline from a recognized University
- Three (03) years work experience from a recognized institution or Master degree in the relevant subject.
Desirable: Capacity to develop android based mobile application/ web page designing will be considered additional qualification. Knowledge in computer application, field works and also statistical tools like Microsoft excel and SPSS.
- Project Technician III Posts:
- Class 12th pass in science subjects and two year diploma in
- Medical Laboratory Technician or related subjects
- One (01) year DMLT plus onc ycar required experience in a
- recognized organization/
- Two (02) years/field or lab. expericnce
- Sc. Shall be treated as 03 ycars experience
Desirable: Knowledge in computer application and ficld related work.

Educational Qualifications:
- Project Technical Support II Posts: Candidate should have completed Graduate in Life Science: specialization required – Microbiology / Biotechnology / Virology with three years experience OR Masters degree in the above subjects.
Desirable:
- Candidates with working experience in molecular biology, laboratory diagnostic techniques like ELISA, PCR, Real-time PCR
- Sequencing and basic sequence analysis
- Experience of working with Enterovirus diagnosis
- Computer knowledge and infectious disease related data storage and management
- Project Technical Support III Posts: Class 12th pass in science subjects AND Diploma (MLT/DMLT) with five years experience
Desirable:
- Candidates with field and hospital experience in data and sample collection
- Candidates with proficiency in local language for respective states or Hindi or English (Field work in states of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Manipur, Nagaland, Mizoram and Tripura
