- Junior Technical Assistant Posts: Class 10th pass from Government Recognized Education Board and Trade certificate (NCVT/SCVT) in Fitter /Electrician/ Instrument Mechanic with min 60% marks from Government Recognized Institute.
Working Experience:
- Engineering Assistant Posts:
- Minimum three (03) years of post-qualification experience in relevant field.
- Experience in Refinery /petrochemical/ Fertilizer/pulp and paper industries/Distilleries with DCS operation will be preferred. Commissioning experience is preferable
- Junior Technical Assistant Posts: Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field preferred. Apprenticeship training in oil/gas/petrochemicals/refineries sector preferred.

- Experience in social outreach programmes, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Telecom, Logistics, Pharmaceuticals, Banks, Insurance, Automotive, Agrochemicals etc. will be preferred.
- Shift In-Charge- Chemical Posts: Minimum 3 yrs of experience in relevant field. Experience in Refinery /petrochemical/ Fertilizer/pulp and paper industries/Distilleri es with DCS operation will be preferred Commissioning experience is preferable
- Chief Manager-HR Posts: Minimum 15 Yrs. experience in relevant field having Sympathetic Attitude, Capability of Quick Decisions making, Integrity, Patience, Social Responsibility, and Good Communication skill.
