Educational Qualifications:
HR & Admin Manager – Project Office: Applicants must have completed MBA or Similar PG qualification in HR from a Government recognized University / Institute.
Procurement Manager: Applicants must have completed suitable PG qualification in a relevant subject from a Government recognized University / Institute. Candidates with Commerce stream will be given preference.
Finance & Accounts Manager: Applicants with CA / M.Com / Cost Accountant degree can apply for the post.
Working Experience:
HR & Admin Manager – Project Office: Candidates with7-10 yrs experience, at least 5 yrs of which should be in health/hospital sector in a similar role can apply for the post.
Procurement Manager: Candidates with 10-15 yrs of experience in a role involving procurement can apply for the post out of which at least 5-7 years must be in projects related to healthcare (implementation/operational stage).
Finance & Accounts Manager: Candidates having 10-15 yrs experience in a similar role be able to apply for the post. 2-5 yrs of healthcare experience will be preferred.
