Educational Qualifications:
Procurement Management Expert: Candidates must have Bachelors degree in relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering, Public Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business or Commerce). Preference will be given to the candidates having ‘Professional Diploma in Public Procurement’ (PDPP), Certificate Program in Public Procurement (CPPP), Certificate in Contract Management Program (CCMP).
Senior Project Manager (Technical): Candidates must have Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering /Mechanical Engineering /Construction Management or related discipline. Experience in Ports & Shipping Industry with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be an added advantage.
Senior Procurement & Contract Management Specialist: Will be updated soon
Working Experience:
Procurement Management Expert: Minimum 8 to 10 years of procurement related experience with State Government /Central Government /Semi Government Bodies /PSUs/ large private organization.
Senior Project Manager (Technical): Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in project management of large scale infrastructure projects preferably in any State Government /Central Government /Semi Government Bodies /PSUs/ large private organization.
Senior Procurement & Contract Management Specialist: Will be updated soon
Salary:
Procurement Management Expert: Rs.60,000/- to Rs.90,000/-per Month
Senior Project Manager (Technical): Rs.1,50,000/- to Rs.2,00,000/-per Month

Surveyor: 03 Posts

- Location of Job: Guwahati, Assam
Educational Qualifications:
Applicants with Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.Tech / B.E. any branch are eligible for the post.
Working Experience:
Sailors / Officers with Navy / Officer Coast Guard Survey experience and with credentials from the National Society of Professional Surveyors or GIS Certification Institute will be preferable or certification from Navy or equivalent. A hydro graphic surveyor with minimum 5 years of working experience in inland waters will be given preference.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge on the handling of 55 metres (1100 tonnes) survey craft, fitted with Schottel propulsion system in such waters. Knowledge on MS class dredgers for recording surveys, chart preparations and maintenance of survey documents.
- Instruments: Single beam & multi beam echosounders, DGPS, RTK GPS and topographic equipment Auto levels, total station & RTK.
- Software: Hypack (for single beam echo sounders), Auto CAD and E Survey CADD for data acquisition and processing.
Salary:
Rs.1,20,000/- for Officer’s & Rs.75,000/- for sailors per Month.
The negotiated remuneration will be as above or 30% hike on the current remuneration or last drawn salary whichever is less.
