- Age Criteria: The candidate must not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years on age as on 01.01.2022. Age limit for the posts will be as per existing Govt. policy with allowed relaxation in upper age-limit for OBC/ST/SC.

Educational Qualifications:
Pharmacist: Candidates must have to have Diploma / Degree in Pharmacy Course from Medical College of Assam/Institutes Registered under Assam Pharmacy Council. Computer proficiency MS Office.
ANM: Candidates with ANM Course passed from any Nursing School/ Institution recognized by Indian Nursing Council and registered with Assam Nurses Midwives and Health Visitor’s Council can apply for the post.
Office Assistant: Candidates with Graduation Degree in any stream from any Govt. recognized University with Computer proficiency (6 months Diploma Course) can apply for the post.
Grade- IV: Candidates with Class VIII passed educational qualification can apply for the post.
Salary:
Pharmacist / Office Assistant: Rs.17,000/- per Month
ANM: Rs.16,500/- per Month
Grade- IV: Rs.12,000/- per Month
- Application Fees: Application Fees is not required.
- Selection Procedure: The candidates will be selected on merit basis and as per recommendation of the Interview Board.
