Educational Qualifications & Experience:

• Senior Executive- Project Posts: Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in any discipline preferably in Social Work / Rural Development/ Economics/ MBA & Social Science.
• Executive-Project Posts: Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in any discipline preferably in Social Work / Rural Development/ Economics/ MBA & Social Science OR Graduate Degree in Social Work / Rural Development/ Economics/ MBA/ Social Science preferably with 2+ years of work Experiences in Social/Community Development Sector/ Entrepreneurship Development sector.
• Associate- Project: post: Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in any discipline preferably in Social Work / Rural Development/ Economics/ MBA & Social Science
• Mentor Post: Post Graduate with 3+ years or UG with 5+ years of work experience in operations for profit enterprise or in implementing non-farm livelihood interventions in any course with mathematics as a subject till class XII, preferably from a management/commerce or engineering background.
