Qualifications & Experience:
- Consultant-HR : MBA (HR)/ PGDM (HR) from recognized university/institution. Exposure in social sector schemes/missions of Govt. at national, state and district. Minimum work experience in recruitment & other HR functions. Experience in HR functions in management organizations in desirable, computer proficiency in MS-Office Word, Power and advanced excel skills. excellent verbal & written communication skills. Ability to computer multiple tasks and should be a team player. Knowledge government, filling process and procedure in human resource management will be an advantage. desirable Knowledge of low related to human resource.
- Consultant-AHWC: Degree/PG in Ayush Stream/Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital Management/Healthcare Management from recognized university/Institution. Experience of working in Health sector including AYUSH. Exposure in sosal sector schemes/mission of Govt. at national, state and district, Candidates must have the ability to work in multidisciplinary team environment and should be able to plan, implement and evaluate large health Programmers. High Proficiency in communication and Presentation skill. The person will have to travel extensively to different parts of the state.
- Consultant (procurement): Post Gradute with minimum 5 years experience in procurement/ logistics/ supply chain management in reputed institute/organization or Post graduate diploma in Procurement logistics management. Or Diploma in Health/ Hospital Administration. certificate Course in computer (minimum 6 months)
- Desirable: experience in NTEP or health sector products will be preferred. MBA (or equivalent) in Procurement & Supply Chain Management.
- Accounts Assistant: B.Com Passed from recognized university/institution. Exposure in sosal sector schemes/mission of Govt. at national, state and district. Computer Proficiency – MS Office & Tally. knowledge of GFR, 2017 desirable. Knowledge of PFMS, TDS, TCS matters under income Tax and GST. Knowledge of Accounting standards and corporate lows Excellences in verbal & written communication skills are essential.
- Office Assistant: Graduation in Computer application/IT/Business administration/B.Tech (C.S) or (I.T)/ BCA/ BBA/ BSC IT/ Graduation with one year diploma/ certificate course in computer from recognized institute. exposure in social sector schemes/missions of Govt. at national, State and district. MS Office, Excellent in verbal & written communication skills in English are essential.
- Office Peon cum Chowkidar: Minimum 8th passed Candidates having special skills and having experience working in Govemmet officers will be given preference.
